1/28/2017 Parental drug use putting more children in foster care

MONTGOMERY — The number of children in foster care in Limestone County has more than doubled during the past 10 years, and one county official said there's one simple reason.
“It’s drugs,” said Stephanie Pinkard, supervisor over investigations at the Limestone County Department of Human Resources.
